Coffee Blossom Blend

For our new Coffee Blossom Blend created in collaboration with @lefthandroasters we combine our wild tea Jungle Black with dried coffee flowers sourced directly from some of Northern Thailand’s small scale coffee producers. These flowers are an additional way for farmers to earn an extra income, and not be as dependant on the crop of coffee fruits and beans.

The brew from these flowers of course do not taste like coffee, but is smooth, floral, and almost honey-like to the taste. We definitely recommend giving it a try!

Origin: Northern Thailand

Ingredients: Black tea, dried coffee flowers

Brewing recommendation: 3g tea per 200ml water. 90c. 4 minutes brewing.
