Dhara White

Dhara White is a beautiful white tea made by our friend and tea master Dhara in the Mae Ai region of Northern Thailand. The picking of the leaves are mostly one bud and one leaf with some one bud and two leaves. The colours of the leaves have tones of earthy white/grey/black/green and the colour of the infusion is a pale orange. 

Taste notes of smooth honey and fruity cherry tones.

Brewing instructions:

85-90c, 2-3 minutes.
