Our signature black tea.

Lahu Black is our fantastic pure Forest Friendly black tea from Northern Thailand. This tea is the base for all of our flavoured black teas so there's a good chance you've had this before if you've enjoyed any of our flavourful blends, but now it's time to try it pure!

Tea picked by the Lahu hilltribe in Northern Thailand and produced by our good friend, tea master John. 

Taste notes: 

Slightly fruity, chocolate tone.

Brewing suggestion:

Western brewing method: 2-3 grams of tea per 200 ml of water. Infuse in 95 degree water for 2 minutes. Brew the tea multiple times and experience the change in flavour during the tasting journey.
