Thai Earl Grey

A twist on the classic.

A classic Earl Grey tea usually consists of a rather strong black tea flavoured with the citrus fruit bergamot. For our Thai Earl Grey, we use our tea Lahu Black as a base tea and instead of bergamot we flavour ours with makrut lime, a popular citrus fruit used often when cooking in Thailand. We like it a lot and hope you do too!
